As we continue to equip church leaders for effective ministry in 2010, our focus is to recapture the attention of churches around our state as the premiere place for Christian Education and leadership training.

We will:
   - Offer real and relevant classes and workshops that will equip churches to navigate and thrive in these unstable times

   - Become attractive through five-star quality, innovation, and uniqueness to cause churches to make the Congress their priority

   - Promote the Congress more aggressively through marketing, multi-media, and social media to attract a more diverse following

   - Expose the Congress to the latest and most effective leadership training methods

   - Support our parent body through the execution of our President's agenda and increased financial contributions

   - Certify and recertify additional teachers for a greater variety of National classes

  - Invest more and focus on our youth weekend to make it more appealing to youth of all ages

   - Network with pastors to assess their needs and implement courses, classes, and workshops to meet those needs

  - Improve quality, attendance, and participation in our President's Award Banquet, Dr. Bobby J. Tolbert Health Walk, and youth events
